Police investigate suspicious circumstances at Centennial Building

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a suspicious circumstance after two men entered the Centennial Building and made reference to getting explosives.

At about 8:40 a.m., two men entered the Centennial Building at 1276 South Park St., and were overheard yelling, swearing and making references to getting explosives.

Police are on scene and searching the area with the assistance of police dogs and explosive disposal units. They say nothing suspicious has been located at this point.

The two men left on foot and are described as white and in their twenties wearing dark clothing.
