Auch Deutschland rüstet juristisch auf.</p><p>Paris/Berlin (dpa) - Nach dem Marsch von fast vier Millionen Menschen als Zeichen des Protests gegen den Terrorismus steht Frankreich vor neuen Entscheidungen. Entsprechend hat Präsident François Hollande für Montagmorgen den für innere Sicherheit zuständigen Teil des Kabinetts zu einer Sitzung in den Élyséepalast einberufen. Dazu gehören neben Premierminister Manuel Valls auch die Ressortchefs Bernard Cazeneuve (Innen) und Christiane Taubira (Justiz). Valls hatte nach den Anschlägen bereits von neuen Maßnahmen gesprochen, mit denen auf die terroristische Bedrohung reagiert werden solle.</p><p>Am Sonntag waren in Frankreich fast vier Millionen Menschen auf die Straßen gegangen, um ein Zeichen gegen den Terrorismus zu setzen. Bei einer der größten Kundgebungen der Nachkriegszeit kamen allein in der Hauptstadt Paris nach Schätzung der Organisatoren bis zu 1,5 Millionen Menschen zusammen, um gemeinsam der jüngsten Opfer des islamistischen Terrors der vorigen Woche zu gedenken. Dutzende Staats- und Regierungschefs aus aller Welt marschierten vorneweg. Frankreichs Präsident François Hollande und Kanzlerin Angela Merkel starteten am Nachmittag untergehakt zum großen Marsch im Zentrum der Hauptstadt.</p><p>Auch in anderen europäischen Hauptstädten bekundeten Zehntausende ihre Solidarität. In Brüssel demonstrierten rund 20 000 Menschen für Redefreiheit und gegen Hass, in Berlin waren es etwa 18 000. In London wurden Wahrzeichen in blau-weiß-rot - den Farben der Tricolore, der Fahne Frankreichs - angestrahlt.</p><p>Mehrere islamistische Terroranschläge, Morde und Geiselnahmen in Frankreich hatten seit Mittwoch das Leben von 17 unschuldigen Menschen ausgelöscht. Allein der Überfall auf die Redaktion der Satirezeitschrift „Charlie Hebdo“ forderte zwölf Todesopfer.</p><p>An der Spitze des Pariser Solidaritätsmarsches am Sonntag liefen Angehörige von Terroropfern, wie französische Medien berichteten. Auf Transparenten stand: „Je suis Charlie“. An Hollandes rechter Seite ging Malis Präsident Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta - am zweiten Jahrestag des Einsatzes französischer Truppen gegen den Terror in Mali.
